We left at 3am this morning to make the long drive. First, a stop at Burger King for some breakfast in the car. The kids fell back asleep, and were fairly good the whole drive. We stopped in St. George around 8:30am to visit with the Rangel family and let the kids stretch and play. Another stop in Victorville to eat and play at McDonald's. We finally arrive in Thousand Oaks at the Hoffmeier residence around 4pm. While we unpack the car and get settled, the kids get reacquainted with Kai and Isaac. Soon Paul and Blanca arrive home from work, and more friends from the office arrive: Jeff and the Toone family. We visit and eat excellent homemade Mexican food prepared by Blanca's Mom and Aunt.....Mmmmmm Chili Verde! Friends Wes and Kim drove down from Utah, and they were over to visit as well. Then it's off to play in the pool in the backyard. 
Braxton spent the majority of his time in the spa.
Tristan got to have a fun bath in the sink after swimming; the women just loved playing with the baby. 
Gabe and the other little boys enjoyed cereal after their swim. Overall, an exhausting but eventful day.
